Our services include assisting or supervising your daily personal activities, focusing on providing help to increase the independence of participants in a range of environments, including, but not limited to, your own home. Whatever your needs, at MKM Disability & Care, we offer a team of friendly and qualified support staff to assist you in daily activities, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
01. Domestic Assistance
Your Support Worker will work with you to complete basic household tasks such as washing clothes and linen, tidying up, cleaning, and gardening
02. Personal Care
We can assist you with bathing and showering, dressing and getting you ready for the day, medication reminders, meal preparation, and getting ready for bed.
03. Community Participation
MKM Disability & Care can help you to connect with your community and participate in social activities. A Support Worker will assist you to get to appointments or attend activities that you enjoy. Depending on your goals and your needs, we might drive you around, ride with you on public transport, or join you on a walk.
04. Life Skills Development
MKM Disability & Care supports the development of skills to promote your independence.
05. Transport
Transport to and from shopping, medical appointments and social outings.
